All faculty must review the following health questions before entering the studio*:
1: Are you displaying any of the following new or worsening symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Loss of sense of smell or taste
- Difficulty breathing
- Sore Throat
- Loss of appetite
- Body aches
- Nausea or vomiting
2: Have you been identified by Public Health as a close contact of someone with COVID-19?
3: Have you returned from travel outside of BC in the past 14 days?
4: Have you been advised to isolate by your doctor or any public health authority?
5: Have you recently taken a Covid test?
- If you have received negative results you may return to work
- If you have received NO results, you must stay home
- If you receive positive results you must abide by the requirements of the Public Health Contact Nurses and medical professionals. You may not enter the studio until Public Health advises you that you are cleared to return to work
If you answered YES to any of these questions, please do not enter the building. Stay home, rest and contact your family physician if you feel a COVID-19 test is needed.
Once you have completed your health assessment before each shift, you must sign into the book at the front entrance of the studio*.
